According to the public relations report of Ministry of Science, Research and Technology this webinar was held as a pre-event in line with the first international fair of study in Iran. Abdul Razaq Ahmad, the director of (EMGS) and the speaker of this specialized webinar, presented Malaysia's experiences in attracting international students to Malaysia.

In order to transfer his experiences, Abdul Razaq Ahmad explained the methods of branding Malaysia in the target country to recruit international students.

Stating that Iran has a quite high capacity to recruit international students, he recommended in the beginning, just like Malaysia, according to Malaysia's experience, it is appropriate for Iran to recruit students from neighboring countries, same language and same direction in macro policies.

The director of EMGS emphasized that Malaysian academic community is acting individually and collectively, and uses creative methods to recruit students.
